Online Transfer

Prefer a physical copy? We deliver your full content package on a USB drive. Ideal for archiving, sharing with print providers, or clients who want a tangible keepsake alongside their digital files.

Collaborative Posting

For social media content clients, we offer collaborative posting — working directly with your Instagram, TikTok, or other accounts to schedule, caption, and publish content for maximum reach and engagement.

FAQ

How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for standard shoots, and 4–8 weeks for larger events or multi-day productions. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings — reach out and we'll let you know availability.
Do you travel outside Melbourne? +
Yes — we're based in Melbourne but available for shoots across Victoria and beyond. Travel costs may apply for locations outside the metro area. Get in touch and we'll factor it into your quote.
How long does editing and delivery take? +
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days depending on the scope of the project. Expedited delivery is available for time-sensitive projects — just let us know when you enquire.
Can I request specific shots or a shot list? +
Absolutely. During the discovery call and booking confirmation, we'll work through a shot list or content brief together to make sure every key moment is planned for and captured.
What if I need content on an ongoing basis? +
We offer ongoing content retainer arrangements for businesses and brands who need regular photography or videography. These are fully customised to your content calendar and needs — get in touch to discuss options.
